Groundbreaking Exhibition Unveils Stunning Fusion of Abstract Art and Gold Sculptures


Birli Gallery is thrilled to announce an extraordinary new exhibition featuring a captivating blend of contemporary paintings and opulent sculptural works. This groundbreakingshowcasewill launch on October 12th at 6pm and promises to be a must-see event for art enthusiasts and critics alike.

The exhibition brings together the innovative talents of two visionary artists:
  • Katy McManus – Renowned for her evocative contemporary paintings, American McManus pushes the boundaries of visual expression with dynamic compositions, cicada paper and vibrant colour palettes. Her work invites viewers to explore the interplay of form and emotion, offering a fresh perspective on modern art.
  • Chris Winspear – Celebrated for his striking solid gold sculptures of Australian spiders, Winspear (formerly of South Africa) merges fine art with natural beauty. His meticulously crafted pieces not only capture the intricate details of these iconic arachnids but also elevate them into realms of luxury and sophistication.
This exhibition marks an exciting convergence of artistic disciplines, showcasingtheseamless dialogue between portrait and sculpture, abstraction and realism.
